I have the pleasure of visiting with Clay Mason Pastor of "The Way Mission.

From feeding, clothing, housing and community building in an effort to help those among us who could use a hand up get back on life's track Clay and his Sweetie Mary are forces for good.

We'll talk about the opportunities and challenges of helping those many wish to forget exist.

Visit with Kevin Crosby from Health Solutions to have a conversation about mental health and options available to those in Las Animas and Huerfano County Colorado.

Everyone will agree that our physical health is important.

The old saying is... "but if you don't have your health, you have nothing."

Most of us realize that the same applies to our "Mental Health".

My thinking is that help is here, we just need to help others find it.

Kevin (and Health Solutions) is going to help us help others.
